New Minister Political appointed during time of change in the UK and Japan
Mark Logan, Member of Parliament (2019-2024), had a thought-provoking discussion with the newly appointed Minister (Political) Mr. KATSUKI Kotaro.
Mr Katsuki joins the Embassy of Japan in the UK having previously served as Deputy Head of Mission in Sri Lanka.
Throughout a distinguished career Mr Katsuki has held diplomatic positions in the United States and China, as well as completing an advanced degree at Harvard University.
Mark looks forward to increasing cooperation between the UK and Japan and recognises the important role that Kotaro-san will play over the next few years, especially during this period of political change in both Japan and the UK.
