Mark Logan, former Vice Chair of the All Party Parliamentary China Group and political risk advisor, attended a reception at the Chinese Embassy in London commemorating the 98th anniversary of the People's Liberation Army's founding.

Ambassador Zheng and senior members of the Chinese diplomatic mission hosted over 200 dignitaries, including high-ranking defence officials from numerous countries.

In an interview broadcast on Phoenix TV, Logan highlighted the significance of UK-China relations across diplomatic, economic, cultural, and defence.
